Video Collection Coordinator - Freelance

What We’re Looking For
DataForce is seeking highly motivated freelance Video Collection Coordinators to collect and submit short 30 – 60 second videos of cars with small dents, scratches or dings. These videos will be used to help the development of AI technologies and you will join our growing AI freelance data collection team!
The ideal person will be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, with local in-person outreach as needed. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly while delivering high-quality car video results.
Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we will look to our team of Video Collection Coordinators for input on how to improve and evolve our data collection processes.
This is a FREELANCE/1099 position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and submit 30 – 60 second, 360-degree videos of cars with small dents, scratches, or dings.
- Upload videos using an app on your smart phone or computer.
- Troubleshoot and triage any technical issues during the collections and report as needed.
- Contribute to project improvements by identifying any issues and propose enhancements in tools/apps and processes.
- Deliver high quality videos under tight deadlines.
- Although working with autonomy, you partner closely with the Project Manager on protocols, process developments and schedules, for existing and future collections.
- Communicate internally or externally to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of car video collections.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in the field.
- Ability to collect and deliver up to 50 unique car videos each week, preferred.
- Must currently own a smart phone, and have the ability to upload videos from a phone app or computer.
- Interest in, and availability to cars.
- Friendly, outgoing and respectful.
- Organized and able to follow project specifications.
