Sales Development Representative-FT

Working as Full-time Sales Development Representative, you will support sales operations by communicating Fastenal's value to decision makers at organizations throughout North America and/or internationally.

You will be responsible for routing qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the appropriate outside sales representatives in order to build a sales pipeline and drive market share for our organization.

This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
