Duties
  • Provide staff support in the areas of property management, fleet management, facility management, records management, supplies, office safety and security, and similar program areas that support assigned ORA offices.
  • Work with the supervisor and/or higher graded staff, reviews assigned facilities, fleet, property, supplies, records management, safety and security projects and ensures that work complies with established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Carry out limited portions of review, study and analysis to identify short and long-range organizational requirements and determine effectiveness in meeting goals and objectives.
  • Compile and analyze data that address conventional issues such as productivity, management controls, and implementation plans.
  • Assist senior analysts in the development of presentations and preparation of various facilities, fleet, property, supplies, records management, safety and security reports in response to requests from management.
