Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services
Identify opportunities and persuade customers to stay on boarding
Communicate and explain the benefits of the products and services
Update and ensure the accuracy of customers’ policy and information
Drive revenue and customer satisfaction from gathering feedback
Answer phone calls and respond stakeholders with the most updated information
Provide first call resolution to customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Build positive relationships with valuable agents and partners.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Confident talking to a diverse group of people
Capable to work independently and multitasking
Must be enthusiastic and energetic
Bilingual in English and Chinese
